Our Vision

The Liberal Arts in English Language program commits to the formation of competent professionals who can competently and effectively use the language in different context and for various purposes.

Objectives

The AB English Language program hopes to expand the capacities of the human intellect and encourages the students to be critical thinkers guided by one’s observation and practice of Christian values. It also prepares students for effective communication in English in diverse context and situations. The graduates of the program are expected to:

  1. nakapagpapamalas ng mataas na antas ng kaalaman sa pagtuturo ng wika at panitikang Filipino;
  2. nakapagpapakita ng malawak at malalim na pagunawa ng kaalaman sa ugnayan ng wika, kultura at lipunan;

The TST strives to:

Short Term Program

Bookkeeping NC III

The Bookkeeping NC III short term program is designed to prepare students to be technically competent, innovative and creative in a specific trade to become skilled Filipino workers. The program directly develops the knowledge, skills and expertise in a specific trade as workers need to perform tasks in a particular area in accordance with industry standards. Modular courses are crafted based on TESDA training regulations. Mandatory assessment is given upon completion of the program; students are required to take the National Certification Examination to asses their competency level.

Vision

The Bookkeeping NC III program is designed to provide short term learning course in the field of specialization that would develop quality trainees who are competent, with positive work values and deep sense of nationalism.

Mission

We will achieve this leadership by:

  1. providing quality trainees who exceed the expectations of the business industry by adapting competitive methods and strategies of learning; and
  2. develop Christian graduates who are living witnesses of the Gospel values.

The Bookkeeping NC III Certificate Holder is expected to:


  1. complete record of business transactions on the basis of accounting rules and regulations;
  2. compute accurately the profit or loss of the business;
  3. provide information of the liquidity and profitability of the business to users of accounting information such as the owners/stockholders, managers, creditors, employees, government and prospective investors;
  4. determine the amount of tax liabilities (both income tax and sales tax) of the business;
  5. manifest good personal qualities in the exercise of his/her functions;
  6. demonstrate high ethical values by discharging his/her duties and responsibilities with dignity and integrity;
  7. complete the accounting cycle for a merchandising business using periodic and perpetual methods; and
  8. pass the National Certification Examination in Bookkeeping NC III.
